Ingredients
12 oz Chicken Thighs - Boneless, Skinless (15% chicken broth, sea salt, natural flavorings) 2 cup Quinoa, cook 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh .5 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 clove Garlic
Directions
saute garlic and veggies in butter in non-stick pan. scramble the 2 eggs and chop up set aside. dice the chicken and saute on high 2-3 minutes. Add all ingredients back in the pan and heat throught
