penne carbonara

Ingredients
1 box, whole wheat penne- cooked10 slicesturkey bacon- cooked, cut into 1 inch pieces1 beaten egg1 C fat free milk2 Tbsp butter1/2 C grated parmesean1/4 C parsley
Directions
Sauce:
in saucepan combine egg, milk and butter. until thickened.
pour sauce over penne and bacon, mix well.
add paremesean and parsley, mix well
serve immediately.

    I've had this with ham and unfortunately had my fiancee put too much black pepper on it which lowers my rating of it. I have had it this way too and find it filling but a little bland. - 6/15/10
