Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast , diced0.5 cup Red Bell Pepper, raw, Med, 119g, approx 1/2 c 1 medium Zucchini, baby, diced1 cup Portabella Mushroom, 86g, diced 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw , sliced thin1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 3 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by LTPACE610) 1.6 cup Dei Fratelli, Tomatoes, Diced, 14.5 oz, 1/3 Can Low salt 1 tbsp Chili powder 3 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 2 serving Beef boullion cube (by DMB428)
Directions
Put ground beef, onion flakes, garlic, celery and bell pepper, in pan. Sauté to cook beef. (I cook out the fat I do not drain). Add diced chicken, the remaining veggies and spices and bouillon. Stir in can of tomatoes. Add about a cup of water to the can to get rest of juice and pour in pot. Simmer about 30 minutes, more if you like. I left the lid off so it would cook down some but not all the way.
