0.5 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 16 oz Lamb, Ground 1 serving Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving) 1 clove Garlic 2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce (by ELEGIACSTANZAS) 0.25 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Bread Healthy Life 98% Fat Free Wheat Hot Dog Buns, 1 Bun 1 1tsp Canola Oil 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 4 cup Baby Arugula Salad (Earthbound Farm) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 2 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
In bowl mix egg, lamb, herbs, black and cayenne pepper and Worcester sauce. form two patties. Place canola oil in pan, heat, and add patties and cook each side 4 minutes. remove. Arrange on buns with tomatoes, arugula.
For salad mix arugula with olive oil, vinegar and serve as salad.
Pepper.
