Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, salted 600 grams Red Potato (3 cups)1 large Onions, raw 2 serving Bacon - Fresh (2 slices) 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Start by browning the bacon and onions together, then add the cut up potato's, season salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cover and cook for 20 min stirring every so often. when the potato's are cooked add eggs stir until cooked and serve.
