Ingredients
3 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 4 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar 1 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 3 clove Garlic
Directions
de-seed cucumbers before chopping, saute chopped garlic cloves, mix ingredients in bullet or food processor, pour into mason jar, refridgerate, use over one week period
