Pancake with Sour Cream

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Bisquick mix1 1/4 cup skim milk1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup Light Sour Cream2 Eggs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Use about 1/4 cup of batter and pour into hot skillet. flip when desired doneness. Serving size is 2 pancakes.

For my kids, I usually make 1/2 a batch, and then add a 1/4 cup of Sneaky Chef puree. either Orange, White, or even the Purple Puree are GREAT!!! My kids eat these a couple times a week and gobble them all up.
