Pumpkin Pie Bars

Ingredients
0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup + 2T Granulated Sugar 4 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular, Original (Soft), 1 Tbsp 1.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 can (13 oz) Milk, canned, evaporated 3 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 12 tbsp Whipped Cream, pressurized
Directions
Crust
1. Preheat oven to 425F and grease an 8.8 pan
2. Mix the flour, 2T of sugar, and 1/4c of butter until crumbly and press into the pan
3. Mix the remaining ingredients, except whipped cream, in a bowl and pour over crust
4. Bake for 50min and chill at least 2 hours
5. Top with whipped cream
