Healthy Cashew Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1.255 cup Gravy, chicken, canned 4 oz Cashews 2 tbsp Great value less sodium soy sauce 2.5 cup green giant cauliflower rice 2.25 cup Vegetables, Baby Blend Green Giant Valley Selections (by JESSIMICA02)
Directions
Cut up thigh meat, brown in skillet with cashews. Add gravy and soy sauce and heat on low while you microwave the rice and veggies. Then add all together and stir and serve.
