Keto almond cookies

Ingredients
2 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 0.5 cup Butter, salted 0.33 tbsp Xanthum Gum - Bob's Red Mills (1TB,9g) .083 =.25ts (by CORLISSTRIEDIT) 36 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Golden (by PAMRICH5) 4 oz Cream Cheese 2 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Cream the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Beat in the cream cheese.
Add in the eggs.
Stir in the flours and xanthan gum (if using), then mix in the vanilla.
Chill dough for at least 4 hours .
Squeeze dough out of cookie press or roll out into a cookie log and slice.

Bake at 350F until cookies begin to brown (about 10-12 minutes).
