unsweetened grape fruit juice, 1 cup (more or less to taste, and desired thickness)3 bananas, mashed1 cup frozen cherries3 small green apples, chopped(I sometimes add a little frozen spinach, no one else has ever noticed!)
chop fruits, blend on high, or puree setting. add as much or as little grapefruit juice as desired to alter the thickness of the juice. I like mine a little thick, so I use 1/2 cup of juice when making it for myself, but 1 whole cup when making it for the family. DON'T peel the apples! the peels contain fiber and vitamins as well as adding bulk.
for detox, 1 serving is 10 oz.
for meal replacement consume 12 oz
for snacking consume 4 to 8 oz
