Ingredients
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1 quart Chicken Broth 1 cup Brussels sprouts, quartered 1 cup, chopped Onions, cut into eighths2 cup slices Okra (I used frozen)12 oz bag frozen Green Giant Riced Vegetables Caulifower Medley 1 serving Juice, V8 Juice, 11.5 oz can ( or 2 small cans)2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Basil 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low all day or on high for half the time.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 cups soup
