Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onions2 T butter, unsalted 1 t Old Bay Seasoning2 T flour1 stalk celery, chopped1/2 cup carrots, chopped1/2 cup corn, frozen 2 cans College Inn 99% fat free turkey broth1/4 cup Holland House Sherry 3 oz scallops2 fillets perch6 oz shrimp, cooked 8 fl oz cream 1 T parsley
Directions
Saute onions in butter. Add Old Bay and flour, cook 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables and broth and sherry and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes until vegetables are softened. Add seafood and cream. Simmer until seafood is cooked. Garnish with parsley.
