Breakfast Scramble with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped 1/4 medium onions, chopped 1/3 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 1 small Roma tomato, chopped 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 large eggs pinch of garlic salt
Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, beat 8 eggs, crumbled feta cheese and the pinch of garlic salt thoroughly. Set aside.
2. In a large frying pan or wok, heat the oil. When hot, saute all of the chopped vegetables until the onions become translucent.
3. Add egg and cheese mixture, lower temperature to between 3-4 and slow scramble the eggs. When eggs reach desired consistency, serve!
