3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 0.75 cup Milk, nonfat 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Blueberries, fresh 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3 tsp Baking powder, aluminum free, reduced sodium - Rumford - 1/8 tsp serv (by ALILDUCKLING)
