274 grams Ground beef, lean 134 grams Italian Sausage, pork 34 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 28 grams Onions, raw 0.5 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Basil 0.5 tsp Thyme, fresh 1 tsp Oregano, ground 0.25 tbsp Rosemary 2 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Mix all the ingredients. Form into meatballs. To cook either:
Bake at 400f for 15-20 min until temp is 150f. (Can store in fridge after that and warm up by simmering in sauce.)
OR - Pan saute until brown and put immediately into sauce to simmer for 10-15 min to finish cooking.
OR - Sous vide for up to an hour and store in fridge and pan sear to re-heat right before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 12 meatballs 1 1/2" diameter. 3 servings.
