Nana's Chuck Roast

Ingredients
4 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix packet1 Brown Gravy Mix packet1 Zesty Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix packet 1 lb Baby Carrots 2 small Onions, raw, sliced6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw, diced
Directions
Place roast in large crock pot and shake seasoning packets into pot. Pour 2 cups of water over roast and into pot. Cook on high 5 hours. Then add onions, carrots and potatoes and cook another 3 hours.

Serving size of 8 is more relevant to the amount of veggies. There's a lot of meat you can eat with other sides.
