Lasagna (meat)

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 12 oz *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1.5 cup Cream Cheese, 8 ozEgg, fresh, 1 large *Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil, 3 cup *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp 1 10oz package chopped spinach
Directions
Brown beef and add spagetti sauce ( simmer)
cook noodles according to directions on pkg.
mix together ricotta and cream cheese, egg and spinach thawed and drained.
Layer ingredients topped with 3 noodles, beginning with meat sauce.
finish up with a layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until top begins to crisp.

    I have made this recipe several times and it has been hugely popular! I like spinach lasagna; my kids like meat lasagna so this is a good compromise. Changes I make: Neufchatel instead of cream cheese, egg substitute instead of egg, and no cook lasagna noodles. Very good - thanks for sharing! - 2/3/09
