Ingredients
8 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .25 cup Granulated Sugar 4 tsp Baking Soda 1 cup Milk, 1% 2 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh .25 cup Corn Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour in 8x8” greased pan. Cook 15-20 minutes at 400°F. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
