pork and sauerkraut

Ingredients
1/4 tsp ground sage1 apple1 small onion1 lb. pork tenderloin2 cups sauerkraut
Directions
Preheat oven to 325
Place tenderloin in a baking pan, cover meat with half the sauerkraut. Place apple and onion, cut side down on top of the sauerkraut. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes per pound.
