Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts12 raw medium shrimp4 cups cooked brown rice (2 raw)1 green pepper chopped1 red pepper chopped1 chilli pepper chopped1/2 cup chopped onion2 cups chicken broth
Directions
Cut up chicken breasts and cook in broth, add peppers and onion

when onion soft add cooked rice and then add shrimp, cook until shrimp is warm.
