Ingredients
5 chicken breasts, skinned, no bones1-12oz. jar of orange or apricot marmalade, sugar free1/2 c. chicken broth - 98% fat free1-1/2 tsp. curry powder1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper1 pinch of ginger
Directions
Mix the ingredients and pour over chicken breasts in crock pot. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 on low. Flip breasts once during cooking.

    excellent!! I reduced the sugar free apricot marmalade to 6 oz [half a jar] and added a little adobo seasoning to the chicken first. the chicken came out tender and yummy and the sauce added a wonderful taste :) - 2/8/11
