5 chicken breasts, skinned, no bones1-12oz. jar of orange or apricot marmalade, sugar free1/2 c. chicken broth - 98% fat free1-1/2 tsp. curry powder1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper1 pinch of ginger
Mix the ingredients and pour over chicken breasts in crock pot. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 on low. Flip breasts once during cooking.
