Ingredients
0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.33 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 2.50 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 8 tbsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 100 gram Coconut meat, dried (desiccated), not sweetened 1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 13 tsp Swerve granular natural sweetener (by HAPPYPHANTOM66)
Directions
Microwave peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla by 30 second intervals. Stir in sweetener and microwave an extra 30 seconds. Pat into 9x5 loaf pan and freeze for 20 minutes. cut into bars.
If wanted melt some sugar free chocolate chips, pour over bars and freeze another 1-3 minutes.
