1 cup Alullose 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 oz Rum- Bacardi Gold 1 tsp Almond Extract 1 tsp peppermint extract 1 star anise1 cinnamon stick1/4 tsp Xanthum Gum
-Add water and alullose to a pot of water
-Stir
- Add star anise and cinnamon stick then bring to a boil.
-Lower heat and sprinkle in Xanthum gum or other thickener
-Turn off heat, then add almond and peppermint extract
-Take the pot off the heat and let the spices infuse the syrup

The easiest place to find the Alullose is Target. An even easier way to make it sugar free is to just buy a bottle of sugar free simple syrup. Here's the brand I use : https://www.amazon.com/Torani-Sugar-Free-S
