Spicy Oatmeal--prep for week

Ingredients
1.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 serving Dried Figs (3 figs = 1 serving) 1.5 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 6 tbsp *Flax Seed 3 tsp Spices, Turmeric 1.5 tsp Ginger, ground 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
shred apples
combine everything in pan with ~3 c. water.
Bring to a bowl, lower to simmer for ~5 min.
Divide evenly in a silicone muffin pan, eat leftovers
Freeze, then pop out and store in freezer bag.
Microwave ~2-5 min to reheat for breakfast.
Add in fresh fruit to serve.
