6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh 1 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 0.33 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 cup Spinach, fresh
1) whisk eggs with seasonings of choice
2) add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and
Mix.
3) stir in flour
4) stir in all mix ins until everything is coated
5) Pour into 8 by 8 pan after spraying pan with oil.
6) Sprinkle too with cheese
7) bake at 350 for 50 mins.
8) serve warm or cool and cut into serving. Refrigerate or freeze.
Reheat in a microwave for 11/2 to 2
Mins.
