4 serving French's Original Crispy Fried Onions (2Tablespoons) 4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 0.01 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg)
PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
DIP chicken into egg white; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
