Ingredients
About a tbsp of fat-free cream cheese2 slices of a ripe tomato5 slices of a cucumberA handful of bean sprouts2 slices of yummy bread (whole-wheat preferable)
Directions
Spread the cream cheese over 1 slice of bread
Place the 5 slices of cucumbers, the 2 slices of the tomato and the handful of bean sprouts on top of the cream cheese.
Top it off with the other slice of bread and enjoy!
