Ingredients
3.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme0.33 cup, grated Carrots, raw0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Kale0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup, cubes Sweet potato1.0 cup Lentils16.0 oz chorizo sausage1.5 cup diced Potato, raw
Directions
Sautee chorizo with onion and celery. Add water and potatoes. Being to a boil. Add carrots, kale and beef broth. Bring back to a boil. Add lentils and let boil for 20-30 minutes, until lentils are soft. Serving Size: Makes 8 - 6 oz. servings
