Zingermans graham crackers

Ingredients
3 cup Flour, white 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Honey 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Butter, unsalted 0.55 cup Granulated Sugar 0.55 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Mix, knead, bake Mix butter and sugar in mixer. Add egg and honey. Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until a dough Knead dough for a couple minutes on flat surface. Bread into four sections. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Roll dough to 1/8” thick. Slide into 4”x4” pieces. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees on parchment paper. Let cool. Serving Size: Makes 24 4”x4” crackers
