3 cup Flour, white 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Honey 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Butter, unsalted 0.55 cup Granulated Sugar 0.55 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground
Mix, knead, bake
Mix butter and sugar in mixer. Add egg and honey.
Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl
Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until a dough
Knead dough for a couple minutes on flat surface.
Bread into four sections. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Roll dough to 1/8†thick. Slide into 4â€x4†pieces.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees on parchment paper.
Let cool.
