Ingredients
0.5 cup almonds, raw (1/4 c. = 32 almonds)0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds0.5 cup, chopped Hazelnuts0.5 cup peanuts raw 1/2 cup0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil0.5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tbsp Maple Syrup0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt1.0 serving 2 Large Egg Whites Scrambled
Directions
Chop nuts coarsely then Mix dry ingredients except shredded coconut, mix in wet ingredients and toss together. put on tray with parchment paper @ 325 for 24 min, check every 8 min and mix in shredded coconut half way thru so it doesn't burn
