2 serving Rice, Wild, whole grain brown rice, Lundberg Wild Blend 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh .25 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (by RODIEJACK) .5 serving justins classic peanut butter (by HMORGAN579) 2 tsp Soy sauce (tamari) 1 serving(s) Peanuts, Planters Cocktail Peanuts (28 grams) 6 oz Turkey breast meat, cooked, per ounce (by CHUCKLES0719) 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Make rice according to package ......use oil to cook up broccoli in a pan 6 minutes.....in a small bowl mix the pb, oj, & soy sauce..... serve broccoli over rice with turkey , pouring sauce over ...sprinkle with peanuts !
