Ingredients
2 oz Cornbread .5 cup Butter, unsalted .5 cup Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 cup Flour, white 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 0.50 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt 3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Mix melted butter and sugar together
Add eggs and beat until lumpy
Add milk, baking soda, and mix well
Add cornmeal, flour, salt and mix until lump
Spray skillet add mixture
Bake for 20-25 mins. at 400 degrees
