Inverted Shepard's Pie

Ingredients
8 oz Ground beef, lean 2.4 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Beef Gravy 1.5 tsp Lee and Perkins Worchestershire sauce reduced sodium (by ALGROVE1) 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. Baked Potato, with skin
Directions
Bake the potatoes.

Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic or use cooked from frozen).

Add Vegetables and saute until warmed through.

Add Gravy and warm through.

Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes or until everything is nicely combined.

Spoon over potatoes and serve with fruit, a crusty bread, or a light desert.
