Ingredients
64 oz 73% 72/27 ground beef drained USDA (by BIGK87) 2.5 cup Ragu Simply Chunky Garden Vegetable (by SNADER316) 5 cup Publix Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese 4 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 2 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
Directions
For noodles:
4 large eggs
3c mozzarella
Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350. Use food processor to turn eggs, cheese, and seasoning into a paste. Put parchment paper on a large baking sheet or a couple smaller ones, spread cheesy paste into thin layer on sheet/s. Bake for 20 minutes, let cool, cut into noodles.

Lasagna:
4lbs Ground Beef
1 Jar Ragu Simply (no sugar added) sauce
2c Ricotta, whole milk
1c Mozzarella
Finished Cheese noodles
Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef, drain, then mix in sauce. Put first layer of noodles down on bottom of baking container, then cover with half ground beef mix and the ricotta. Lay second layer of noodles, then cover with remaining beef mix and mozzarella. Bake 20-25 minutes or until top is browned to your liking.
