3 floweret Cauliflower, raw 1 cup Brocolli raw 1 small Onions, raw 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2 oz Carrots - Bolthouse Farms - Baby Cut Carrots - Raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Not cooked. I use my food processor and pulse to the desired consistency. I prefer smaller pieces, so I pulse it 3 or 4 times. Store in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.
