Keto Biscuits - almond flour based

.25 cup Butter, salted 2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 cup Kroger Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese 0.25 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt 4 serving cage free eggs white
Pre-heat the oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, salt and baking powder.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the cheese and melted butter. Add in the dry ingredients and stir well.
scoop the biscuit mixture into 9 rounds, 2 inches apart. I use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop. Flatten the tops and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
