2.0 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)1.0 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 serving Kirkwood chipotle chicken sausage ( or chicken chorizo)0.25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Combine egg whites and yogurt. Add any spices you might want.
In a 9 inch pie dish, spray with cooking spray or lightly coat of oil. Spread shredded cheddar cheese on the bottom of the dish. Next layer the green chilies, watch out for stems. Pour egg mixture gently so the cheese stays mostly on the bottom. Sprinkle in diced chicken sausage, bell pepper and any other veggies you might want.
Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes, until a knife slid into the center comes out clean.
