Buttermilk Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
6 cup Broccoli Florets, Raw Cilantro, raw - to taste - I use most of a whole bunch 3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
steam broccoli in 1 cup of the chicken broth for 20 minutes.
Add the rest of the chicken broth and lightly chopped cilantro to the pot.
Use an immersion blender to get the biggest chunks blended, then add buttermilk and blend again to the texture you prefer.
Add cheeses and salt & pepper to taste.
