5 serving Potatoes fresh, raw white. 5-6 oz (by STEFAYE) 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 serving 1 tsp Parsley Flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) .5 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Dried Thyme (by ARCTIC.ORCA) .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 serving Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Seasoning Mix (1/2 tsp) (by JISONSHIN) 1 serving Cheddar Cheese extra sharp Great Value 16 oz/ serving 1 oz/ 28 g
Wash potatoes and cut into chunks. Add potatoes to instant pot. Pour in broth. Put lid on and set valve to seal. Set time to pressure cook for 2 mins. Once cook time is complete, let pressure release naturally for about 5 mins. Open valve to release remaining pressure. Remove lid, remove potatoes and drain most of the liquid. Leave just enough liquid in pot to stir in Ranch seasoning and
cheese. Stir until cheese is all melted. Add potatoes back in and stir to coat. Transfer to serving dish.
