Ingredients
12 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 4 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup slices Carrots, cooked 3 tbsp Fresh Garlic Minced (by PRNCSSPTCHWRK) 3 tsp Bacon grease 14 oz Kielbasa 14oz Pederson Uncured No Sugar Smoked 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
Directions
Melt Butter, Bacon Grease
Brown Kielbasa, add onions, carrots, celery. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add Garlic, Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in Broth and bring to a boil
Add cabbage, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until Cabbage is tender
