Grilled Tomato with Gorgonzola

Ingredients
1 large ripe red tomato2-3 TBSP Gorgonzola
Directions
Slice the tomato in half lengthwise and scoop a small well out of the center. Place on cookie sheet. Put 1-1.5 TBSP gorgonzola crumbles on the center of each tomato. Bake 5 mins, then briefly grill under the broiler until cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Eat while hot!
