12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw12.0 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat)12.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)2.0 tsp Garlic powder4.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 tsp No Salt potassium chloride salt substitute4.0 oz Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Place ham in bottom of cupcake holes, crack egg on top, chop green onion and divide between all cupcake holes, cup cherry tomatoes in half and place on top. Then add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Top with half an oz of shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 min at 400 degrees.
