Ingredients
100 grams Butter, unsalted 100 grams Powdered Sugar 225 grams Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 375 grams Almond Paste 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 12 apricot Apricots, fresh
Directions
Make crust and roll out 2/3 for bottom. Sprinkle with marzipan, top with apricots then top crust. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes
