1 cup Butter, salted 36 serving Lakanto Golden monk fruit sweetener (by MATH07) 15 teaspoon Lakanto Monkfruit Classic White Granulated (by BRIDGETMAYS) 9 tsp packed Brown Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt 7 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .5 cup Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 16 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips 1-2 Tb HOT water (as needed for consistency)
345* for TEN minutes only. Sprinkle GENTLY with sea salt either before baking or immediately upon removal from oven.
Butter is MELTED and boiled - stirring constantly - until past the foam stage and becomes deep amber color. Cool 20 minutes. Add all other EXCEPT flour and chocolate chips; mix well. Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Add HOT water, as needed, if dough is too stiff.
