Moms Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 cup Brown Rice, medium grain, cooked16 oz Ground beef, lean, drained2 cup Canned Tomatoes, crushed1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
Using a large oven-safe Dutch oven, brown the burger and drain. Add chopped veggies and sauté until tender. Add spices, salt, rice, and tomatoes. Heat through, stirring frequently. Optional: add shredded cheddar cheese in a layer on top of Spanish Rice. Place uncovered Dutch oven in 350 degree oven until cheese melts and browns slightly. Serving Size: Makes 6 1 1/2 Cup servings
