Being from the south, I know good greens. I made this without the bqcon bits and I really enjoyed it. - 1/19/09

Just tried this recipe. It was so easy to make. My family loved it. They asked me to make it again soon, but make a larger batch so they can have seconds. - 11/27/13

Really yummy! I made it with 1/4 of a smoked sausage instead of the bacon bits. Didn't change the nutritional profile much. - 6/16/11

Excellent. I had never tried collard greens before, but this is the only recipe I will use when I eat them. - 7/22/10

I love collard greens - I eat them three times a week, out of my garden. Thanks for sharing. - 11/28/08
