Zesty Turkey Taco Salad with Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
3 oz ground skinless turkey breast (99%)1/2 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. cumin3 tbsp low sodium salsa2 cups lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice1 Italian plum tomato1/2 oz low fat or nonfat shredded cheese1 tbsp low fat sour cream1 oz low sodium baked tortilla chips
Directions
Heat a nonstick skillet to medium, crumble ground turkey and saute 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salsa and mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Rinse, dry and tear lettuce into bite size pieces; chop tomatoes. Serve lettuce topped with turkey mixture, chopped tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream over crumbles baked tortilla.
