Ingredients
Directions
Brown rice (2 cups, cooked)2 Tbs Gochujang paste1/2 Tbs honey1/2 Tbs roasted sesame seeds1 Tbs sesame oilProtein of your choice, but I suggest:3 egg whites1/2 block extra firm tofuVeggies of your choice, steamed lightly. Here, I suggest:carrotsspinachcucumberoniongreen onionbell pepper
Steam rice.
Cut veggies into julienne strips or chop and steam (yes, even the cucumber). Don't overcook the veggies; some crunch makes this more delicious!
Cook tofu your favorite way (stir-fry, grill?)
Make a plain egg-white omelet, then cut into julienne strips.
Gochujang condiment: Stir together gochujang, honey, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Serve everyone rice and let folks add veggies and protein of their choice, and each can add as much or as little gochujang as desired. Careful, it's pretty spicy!
