Mediterranean Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 0.2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) .5 cup beefsteak tomatoe (by RUTTER12) 1 cup Goya, Pinto beans 100 grams Cilantro, raw 6 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Publix Roast Chicken - remove skin and cut up breast meat
Chop Red Onion - approx 1/4 of an onion
Chop 1 tomato - seeds removed
Cube 2 Ripe Hass Avocado
Add Drained and rinsed 1 Can Pinto Beans
Chop Cilantro to taste
Add Olive Oil
Squeeze juice of 3 Limes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toss all together and let sit at least 1 hour in fridge for flavors to blend
